Premium Tattoo opened its doors on April 1st 2008. Matt Decker and his wife, Hilary, offered vintage clothing in the front and tattooing in the back. After 2 years of the combination they decided to give tattooing its rightful place at the fore front of the business. Matt Decker continued to tattoo alone until January of 2012. He invited his long time friend Brett Baumgart to tattoo along side him. Danielle Silva was not far behind in joining the Premium Tattoo lineup. Premium Tattoo was voted "Best Tattoo Shop" in 2012 and 2013 by East Bay Express Readers!
